Refund/Return Policy

If you need to return merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department at vlevi2000@verizon.net or 1-401-258-4496 Our representatives are available Mon.-Fri. 9:00am - 6:00pm Please include information about what needs to be returned (the item number(s), your name & address, your telephone number, your customer number, the reason for the return, & your invoice number. We do not except returns after 30 days.All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items must be returned in the manner they are received. Only our Customer Service Department can authorize the acceptance of returned merchandise. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization number. Returns will either be replaced or you money will be refunded to you within 30 days.
